AI Voice Agent Disclosure

1. You Are Speaking With an AI

The voice widgets on this site connect you to an artificial intelligence voice agent, not a human, unless the agent tells you otherwise. The agent will identify itself as an AI if you ask directly.

2. Call Processing

Conversations with the AI voice agent are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers (including Vapi and OpenAI) in order to generate real-time responses. Audio may be transcribed and temporarily processed as part of that service. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, payment card details, or health information) with the voice agent.

3. Recording Notice

By starting a call with the AI voice agent, you consent to that call being processed and, where applicable, recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and follow-up purposes. Call-recording consent requirements vary by state and country; if you are located somewhere that requires two-party or all-party consent to call recording, starting the call constitutes your consent to this processing.

4. Booking Calls via the AI Agent

The AI voice agent can create a real calendar booking for a discovery call on your behalf using the information you provide (name, email, timezone, and preferred time). It will only confirm a booking after that action succeeds; if it fails, use the "Book a Call" button on the site directly.

5. No Pricing Commitments

The AI voice agent is instructed not to quote or estimate pricing. Any pricing discussion happens directly with Fred on a booked call.

• We are not liable for user misuse of automation or third-party tools.
• While we implement best practices, client responsibilities include data quality, ethical use, and legal compliance on their end.
• Vendflair is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or software integrations.
• Third-party links on our site are not under our control.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2025

• Refunds: due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued once a project has commenced.
• Cancellations: clients may cancel with written notice at least 7 days before the project start date.
• Vendflair reserves the right to cancel services due to breach of contract or unforeseen circumstances, with notice and partial refunds where applicable.
• All disputes related to payment will be governed under Delaware law.
